Booking Cancellation Policy

Any VR booking made either in person at the HyperMAX store or online on the HyperMAX website (www.hypermax.co.za) are subject to the following policy:

All bookings must be cancelled with a minimum of 3 hours notice to either info@hypermax.co.za or to 021 565 0700 in order to qualify for a refund or re-booking at no cost. When calling please ensure you receive a cancellation reference no.

Any bookings not cancelled with the required notice period will NOT be refunded.

EXCEPTION: If on arrival at the store to utilise a VR booking a customer has a temperature higher than 38° C (as per government guidelines for Covid-19 testing) the customer will be denied entry to the store and the booking will be refunded.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CANCELLATION POLICY WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED
